DEVOLUCIÓN DE PEDIDOS
Return Procedure and Deadlines:
To make a return you must send an email to [email protected].
The term is 15 days from the delivery of the order.
The product must be unused and in perfect condition. Including accessories, documentation and original packaging.
Once the merchandise has been received in our warehouses, and after checking its status, the amount will be reimbursed in accordance with the
method of payment made by the client, except cash payment, which will be reimbursed by bank transfer.
Both the return costs and the customs and local taxes will be the responsibility of the customer. If the return costs were
greater than the value of the merchandise to be returned, the remaining balance will be charged in the same way as the original payment.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:
The right of withdrawal will not be applicable to:
· The supply of goods made according to the specifications of the consumer and user or clearly personalized.
· The supply of sealed goods that are not suitable to be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene and that have been
unsealed after delivery.
· The supply of goods that after delivery and taking into account their nature have been inextricably mixed with other goods.
